Get started in 5 minutes

From creating your account to your first agent replying to a real customer. Around twenty minutes, without writing a line of code.

This guide takes you from the very beginning all the way to a live agent. Each step has its own detailed guide; here, we follow the most direct path.

What you need

An account on at least one channel (an Instagram or Messenger page, a WhatsApp Business number or an email inbox) and, if you sell, access to your catalog (Airtable, a Sheet, a file or an API).

1. Create your workspace

Sign up, then name your workspace. This name, your logo and your color appear throughout the app and on your login page. You can invite your team later, in Settings.

2. Connect a channel

Open Settings › Channels and link your first channel. You grant access from the relevant account; within seconds, its conversations start flowing into the Inbox. Start with a single channel, you can add more afterward.

Tip

WhatsApp and Instagram are the channels where your customers expect the fastest reply. If you're unsure, start there.

3. Create and train the agent

In AI Agent, create an agent: give it a name, choose a role (sales, support, booking) and turn on the skills it needs. Then connect your catalog and your documents so it replies with your real prices and your real rules. Everything is done in plain language, like briefing an employee.

4. Test in the sandbox

Before going live, open the sandbox built into the editor. Write like a customer, check the tone, the prices and the sources cited, fix, repeat. Nothing is sent to anyone until you publish.

5. Publish

When you're happy with the agent, click Publish. It goes live on the chosen channels and starts replying. Each publication creates a version you can restore at any time.
