Connect your data
Connect your catalog, stock or prices live. The agent reads the data in the moment, never a stale copy, and always cites its source.
A data source is a live connection to a table or an endpoint. You plug it in once under Knowledge › Live data, and each agent then chooses whether to use it. The data stays with you; the agent reads it at the moment it answers.
How it works
The connection follows three steps, like all data tooling (Airbyte, Singer):
- Verify & discover: Magnitude validates your credentials and lists the available tables.
- The AI explores: it reads a sample, understands your columns, and proposes the field mapping (name, price, stock, image, link).
- Approve & connect: you confirm, and the source is ready.
Every agent that uses the source then gets a query tool. When a customer asks for something, the agent decides on the plan (keywords, filters: "price ≤ 200", "category = X") and reads the matching rows live. It never fabricates the data, and it cites the source.
Available connectors
Choose the connector that fits where your data lives:
A connected source is available to as many agents as you like. Your connection credentials stay encrypted and are never shown again.
